The Merlo family comes from a secular tradition of breeders and is made up of Franco Merlo and his wife Mariarosa, their sons Elio and Piero with their families: their wives Paola and Anna, their children Alice, Danilo and Elisa and Luca. A big but selected staff help them doing their work; among them, some genuine argentine Gauchos and Asadores. Their passion for work and farm life, together with an old-time care for their products, have made the Azienda Agricola Merlo an example every farm should follow in order to achieve quality and respect for traditions.
